Erm well, about me. Not much really to say. I'm currently a student at Teesside University in England where I am studying Virtual Reality as a 3 year course. I'm in the second year there, and have a part time job in Forbidden Planet International. The best thing about my job has to be the discount I get on Grpahic Novels, including manga, Roleplay books, and on DVDs. This is useful for me as I love manga, and have recently become interested in Roleplay after being introduced to Neverwinter Nights by my boyriend Rich. I have started to develop a mod for Neverwinter Nights based on some of the roleplay books Inow own. I also own several consoles. These are Playstation one, Playstation two, Dreamcast, Gamecube, and Gameboy Advance SP. My favourite console is my PS2. I love all the Final Fantasy series, they are so long and involved, and the stories always intrigue me. And also they contain aspects of my beliefs in them. That is due to the fact that I have beliefs that stem from Chinese origins. I also like the tekken series and the Soul Calibur series, though I don’t have many of them. I enjoy a little mindless beat-em ups now and again. I enjoy most RPGs which is what most of my collection of games consists of. I also in someways collect video games as I have quite a few rare and deleated games in my collection.

As Ihave already stated, another thing I do with my free time is I read manga, I have a a relatively large collection now, (well over 200 books). I like it because the artwork is really good and also the stories are quite often funny, or romantic. Also they quite often focus around parts of my beliefs, being from China and Japan. One of my favourite series's is Mars, as I love the art and the story, but I also like series such as Gravitation, Demon Diary, Chobits, and Cardcaptor Sakura. Another form of manga that I like is anime, the animated tv version. I love anime as it is good to watch at face value but also often has deeper meanings. My favourite series at the moment is Weiß Kreuz, and Weiß Kreuz Gluhen.

I also enjoy reading fan fictions, on fanfiction.net and adultfanfiction.net (links on the links page), as they give ideas about how people see the same things I’ve seen and how they’ve interpreted them. And I find that it helps me improve my writing technique, reading others work. Links to my favourite authers can be found on the links page.

A bit more about my boyfriend now, for those interested :p . He has recently finished his VR degree at Teeside and has moved onto do a masters in computing. We've been together two year now, and as i've already said, its his fault that I'm into roleplay books now! He lives in Thornaby which is close to Middlesbrough so I get to see him really often, and as we are still at the same uni, I pretty much get to see him everyday.
